Using EventsMode
EventsMode provides event pages, registration tools, payment coordination, attendee communication and event support. The website is powered by Cublen LTD. These terms explain the use of our website and services alongside any arrangements agreed for a particular event.

Event information
Each event has its own organiser, schedule, venue, admission arrangements and capacity. Organisers are responsible for the event information they provide and for delivering their program. EventsMode’s responsibilities depend on the support agreed with that organiser.
Schedules, venues and availability may change. Check the event page and communications from the organiser before attending. A registration is for the event and attendee details recorded in its confirmation.
Registration and admission
Provide accurate contact and attendee details so that we can confirm your registration and help with check-in. Only register other people when you have their permission to provide their information. Keep your verification code and confirmation details secure.
Registration may open in advance or only on the event day. Guest and group options depend on the event. Admission is subject to the event’s stated conditions, including any required payment and check-in verification.
Payments and refunds
Ticket amounts are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS). Paid registrations use Paystack’s payment service; review the amount and any charges displayed at checkout before paying. A pending or failed payment does not confirm a paid registration.
Cancellation, postponement, ticket transfer and refund arrangements depend on the relevant event and the terms provided by its organiser, subject to applicable law. Contact us with the event name and payment reference if you need help establishing the arrangements that apply. These terms do not set a blanket non-refundable policy.
Managed events and organiser accounts
Submitting a host inquiry starts a conversation; it does not by itself confirm a booking or service package. Event setup, support, messaging costs and other fees must be agreed with our team.
We create organiser accounts when organisers create events with EventsMode. Accounts are not available through public self-signup. Authorised organisers must protect their login details and use attendee information only for legitimate purposes connected with their events and applicable privacy requirements.
Respectful use
Do not misuse registration forms, submit false details, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or use event information for unsolicited contact. Do not copy or reuse event posters, photographs or other content without the relevant owner’s permission.
Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse or protect the service and its users. If you believe your access has been restricted in error, contact our team.
Service availability and your rights
We cannot promise uninterrupted access to the website or third-party services. If a technical issue affects a registration or payment, contact us with the event name and a description of the problem. Never send passwords, card numbers or payment PINs.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions or concerns about an event or our services should be raised with our team so we can identify who is responsible and help you find the appropriate next step.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you contact us, register or use an organiser account.
We may update these terms as our services change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Any separately agreed event service arrangements continue to apply to that event.
