Who handles your information
This policy covers the EventsMode website and managed event services, powered by Cublen LTD. Contact us at business@eventsmode.com with questions about the information held through our services.
The organiser of the event you register for also receives information needed to manage that event. An organiser may have separate privacy practices for information they collect or use independently; ask them about those practices where relevant.
Information you provide
Registration forms collect your name and phone number, and may request an email address, organisation or church, role, team size, guest count and whether you attended a previous edition. Required fields depend on the event. An organisation or church affiliation, or attendance at a faith event, may reveal information about religious beliefs; consider this when completing a form.
Host inquiries collect your name, email, phone number, organisation name and any message you choose to send. Organiser accounts include login and event-access information. Event records may include registration status, payment references, verification codes, check-in records and messages associated with the event.
Provide another person’s details only with their permission. Avoid including information that is not needed for your registration or inquiry.
Why information is used
Information is used to process registrations, verify payment status, provide confirmations, check guests in, communicate event information, respond to inquiries and manage organiser access. Registration and check-in records also support event metrics and attendance trends.
Fields marked as required are needed to complete the relevant form. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to process that registration or inquiry. Contact us if you need help with an alternative arrangement.
Event messages
Contact details may be used for registration confirmations, payment receipts, reminders and updates connected with your event. Some events include a WhatsApp group invitation in their confirmation. Joining a group is your choice and may make your name and phone number visible to its members.
Contact us if you have concerns about messages you receive. Consent for direct marketing, where required, is separate from the information needed to manage your registration; you can withdraw that consent.
Storage and retention
Records support event administration, attendance reporting, customer support, payment reconciliation and any applicable legal requirements. The retention needs of an inquiry, an attendee record and a payment record can differ.
Contact us to ask what information is held about you, how long it is needed, or to request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved payment and event matters. We will explain any relevant restriction when responding to your request.
Your privacy choices
You may ask about the information held about you, request access or correction, raise an objection to its use, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, subject to applicable law. You can also request deletion; whether it can be completed depends on the information and any obligations to retain it.
Email business@eventsmode.com with the event name and enough information to identify your record. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information. Do not send payment PINs, passwords or full card details.
You can raise a privacy concern with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission. Its guidance explains data-subject rights and complaint options under Ghana’s Data Protection Act.
Photos and policy updates
The gallery contains event and team photography. If a photograph identifies you and you have a concern about its use, contact us with a link or description of the image so we can review it.
This policy may be updated as services and data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
